Minnesota has a number of speedskating clubs located throughout the state that can cater to everyone from young skaters just starting to experienced skaters training for the Olympics.

    Duluth Speedskating Club

    Duluth Area Speedskating Club has served the Duluth-Superior region for many years bringing the fun of longtrack speedskating to all ages of skaters.

    Midway Speedskating

    The Midway speedskating club is the largest and oldest club in greater Minnesota. Among their members are children as young as five years old and skaters who have competed in the Olympic Games. They base most of their activities out of Roseville, Minnesota.     Midwest Skate Club

    The Midwest Skate Club focuses on all levels of ability and interest from inline skating to ice speed skating. This club also welcomes skaters of all ages. Started in the spring of 2009, Midwest Skate Club is the newest inline and speed skating club in the Twin Cities. With nearly 90 members in it's first season, Midwest Skate Clubs goal is to increase the visibility of inline and speed skating in the community and to increase numbers of skaters at local inline and speedskating events, as well as promote a fun, social environment for all skaters. Midwest Skate Club offers group skates and training, skating clinics and classes, coaching, social events and much more for club members.

    Plymouth/Wayzata Speedskating Club

    Their members participate in local, state, and national competitions throughout the United States. The goal for many club skaters is to compete in future world events such as the North American Championships and the Olympics. For others, the club provides fun and fitness.

    Roseville Novice Program

    The Roseville Novice Speedskating Program is a non-profit, entry-level speedskating program through the Roseville Parks and Recreation Department. Much of the program is sponsored, organized, coached and run by the Midway Speedskating Club of the Twin Cities. The program is open to all children ages 4-14 who would like to learn to speed skate, and participants come from all over the greater metro area.

    Twin City Speedskating

    This club focuses on developing the entire skater with emphasis on personal development and techniques from Novice to Elite. Their Novice Program focuses on beginning skaters, developing them to become competitive team skaters.
